After a not so good experience last week with my existing frames coming back damaged from new lenses installed things worked out very well today 11/10/25. My experience at Canby Eyecare is exceptional every time. I am greeted with smiling faces and professional people who care about my wellness. Dr. McFerron spends the necessary time to be precise during my examine. When I leave I feel as if I have been the most important patient to them.

I got an appointment on very short notice. I had almost no waiting. My questions were answered thoroughly. The optician was patient with me while I picked out frames. And all the staff was very friendly 😊

I accidentally killed my glasses by sleeping on them. Bent the heck out of them. I came in without any appointment to see if they could even be fixed. Staff was polite and professional and they fixed my glasses right away!!! Thank you!

I came in for a routine eye exam and Dr. Ozuna ended up saving my life. (Remember, your eyes are connected to your brain!) Even after my primary care doctor--Trent Warren--disagreed with her analysis and refused any MRI referral, Dr. Ozuna followed up with me and helped me find proper diagnosis and treatment for what turned out to be a brain tumor. The neurologist I'm seeing now has said to me more than once: "That eye doctor saved your life. You need to get her flowers or something." So thank you, Dr. Ozuna. I'm making a full recovery, my quality of life has improved immensely, and also I am not dead. And it's all due to her skill and professionalism and the fact that she really cares a lot.

Jenna is an absolute gem! She made the process of choosing glasses not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. With her keen eye for style, honest feedback, and warm, friendly demeanor, she helped me find the perfect pair that I never would’ve picked on my own — and now I love them. She truly cares about making sure you feel confident and comfortable, and her professionalism and patience shine through every step of the way. I was so impressed after my appointment today. Having anxiety around all doctors appointments, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Dr. Tsui was so kind and reassuring, I have my kids scheduled to come in over the summer. Can’t recommend enough :)

I was having the literal worst day but had to make my glasses fitting appointment because I'm not a jerk. I was so wadded up that I couldn't make decisions or even form an opinion but the universe saw fit to give me Heather. Heather helped me find the perfect glasses, she calmed my nerves and even gave me a fidget toy when I started to fade out. It's a harsh world and for a few minutes I didn't feel like burden or just another credit card to exploit. She was so kind and so informative. Ten Stars! Five isn't enough.

My first visit was fantastic! Dr. Tsui was great … she was friendly, thorough and confident. Before seeing Dr. Tsui, I saw Heather who did preliminary testing me, and she was very nice, professional and informative! After seeing Dr Tsui I worked with Caylay who helped me select frames and determine lenses for my new glasses. In comparing my experience I’ve had in the past via the “discount” business establishments there is a “night and day” difference in the whole process of getting my exam, sharing knowledge about my eyes and prescription, to measuring me for my new glasses. I finally found an eye care clinic in Bend whom I can trust and feel comfortable with!

I used to go to an optometrist by Mount Tabor and felt like they didn’t care about adequate eye care for me. They were very judgmental and seemed hellbent on pushing laser eye surgery instead of supporting my preference for glasses or contacts. After six years there feeling undervalued, I tried Foster Vision and had a completely different experience. My first appointment was excellent - they improved my prescription far more than I thought possible. I’m seeing better than I have in six years and I’m so grateful for their care.

I had an excellent new patient experience at Foster Vision! Their online appointment scheduling process is convenient and user-friendly. Everyone that I interacted with here was helpful, professional and kind, from getting checked in and out with the office staff, to working with the exam tech and Dr. Tong. I especially appreciated the knowledge and intentional care of everyone on staff; they explained each step of the process to make me feel informed and comfortable, from the actual vision care to understanding Moda insurance billing. Something that makes Foster Vision stand out to me is their efficiency. Without feeling rushed, they are able to provide quick & quality care that shows they value both their patients' vision health and their time.

They’re the best I’ve been going there since my daughter was seven years old so I’ve never had any problems. They’ve always helped me and they’ve always given My Daughter the right prescription and they know her so well so it’s I love them.
